Straight facts, no fluff
Returning here was a fantastic choice. We loved the ambiance and the complimentary room upgrade. It showed how much the staff cared. The restaurant offered delicious meals and great service, while the serene atmosphere made relaxation easy. Shuttle to the airport was quick.

Enjoyed the best and very very good breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.
The room was high standard and top-notch, it had a well-stocked mini bar, coffee, and an iron. The food was tasty at the restaurant. The location seemed convenient near to the air port. Extremely helpful staff, provided useful info.

Car hotels are dirty, unreliable, drive you all over the place instead of getting you to location and cars are old scrap heaps.
Nothing in particualr, does not have facilities or stanards of a 5 star hotel. Is 3 star at best.

Spacious beautiful guest rooms with a king bed and a lovely courtyard view. Breakfast selection included good quality food.
The mini market was closed during various visits and restricted access to snacks and drinks in the room. A serious issue arose with the door to my room, found to be easily unlocked, raising safety concerns that needed multiple requests for resolution.

Appalling on all counts, if you can help it do not stay there. What more can I say...
Cleanliness of the room, the showers caked in limescale, room service appaling, no organisation. Not the fault of the cleaners, its the management. Poor food facilities, under staffed. Whole hotel needs to be refurbished.
